Importance of Biodiversity
In order to create viable ecosystems, biodiversity is important to create more options for other species to survive. For example in the grizzly bear habitat their must be a substantial amount of biodiversity present in order for the grizzly bear to grow big and healthy to survive. This includes berries, bulbs, roots, fruits, nuts and as well as insects. In different areas grizzly bears can also rely on moths; which is in Yellowstone, Small mammals such as rodents, reptiles, amphibians, birds and bird eggs, even in coastal areas salmon is common either dead or alive. Adult caribous & moose are too large, they mainly concentrate on calves or sick or aging animals.
